Pt. Daivgya Shastri's journey with the stars began in his childhood in Varanasi, where he grew up watching his grandfather cast horoscopes by lamplight. By the age of twelve, he had memorised the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra — the foundational text of Vedic astrology.
He went on to earn his Jyotish Acharya degree from Banaras Hindu University, one of India's most prestigious centres of Vedic learning. Over the next two decades, he refined his craft under masters in Rishikesh, Ujjain, and Tirupati, studying not just astrology but also Vastu Shastra, KP Astrology, and Prashna Jyotish.
In 2020, driven by a desire to make this wisdom available beyond the walls of temples and ashrams, he founded Daivgya. His vision was simple: a platform where seekers could receive genuine, compassionate guidance — not fear-mongering or generic predictions.
Today, Pt. Daivgya Shastri has personally guided over 12,500 seekers across 40+ countries. He continues to conduct consultations, lead puja ceremonies, and mentor the next generation of astrologers on the platform.
