Refund Policy

Refund Policy Overview

At Daivgya, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality spiritual guidance and services. We understand that every consultation and purchase is an investment in your well-being, and we want you to feel confident and secure when using our platform. This Refund Policy applies to all services offered on Daivgya, including astrology consultations, puja bookings, and products purchased from our Spiritual Store. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.

Astrology Consultations

Eligible for Refund

  • Astrologer fails to join the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.
  • Technical issues on our platform prevent the session from taking place.
  • Session duration is significantly shorter than booked due to astrologer disconnection.
  • You are charged for a session that was never initiated.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Dissatisfaction with the guidance or predictions provided.
  • Cancellation requested less than 2 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Session completed in full as booked.
  • No-show by the customer without prior cancellation.
  • Partial sessions where the customer disconnected voluntarily.

Puja Booking Refunds

Cancellation & Refund Window

  • Cancellation 7+ days before puja date: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before puja date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of puja date: No refund.
  • Puja already performed: No refund under any circumstances.

Special Circumstances

  • If Daivgya cancels the puja due to unavailability of pandit: 100% refund.
  • Natural calamity or force majeure preventing the puja: Full credit to wallet.
  • Incorrect puja booked due to platform error: Full refund or rebooking at no extra cost.

Spiritual Store — Product Returns

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required for all returns.
  • Damaged or defective products are eligible for full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Energised / consecrated items (yantras, rudraksha, gemstones) once opened.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Incense sticks, dhoop cones, and consumable puja items once opened.
  • Digital products and downloadable content.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within the following timelines:

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of the decision via email or WhatsApp.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds are processed immediately and credited within the timeline specified above.
